I call Atlanta, GA my home, where I live with my amazing husband (who happens to be a child psychiatrist), and our two energetic children. Someone please give me the energy of a 4 and 6 year old! Let me tell you, my kiddos definitely keep me on my toes. But you know what? It's all worth it. 

When the clock strikes 7:30 in the evening, that's my cue to unwind. I look forward to some quality time with my husband, a good book, or maybe even catching up on my favorite Netflix series

Being 100% honest here when I tell you that I was not always well-rested enjoying her Netflix by 7:30 type of mama…

Let me share my story of exhaustion and growth because you've come this far, and I'm proud of you. 

When I became a mother, I was overwhelmed and sleep-deprived. Doubts flooded my mind as I questioned my parenting skills. Without a support system and with a busy spouse, self-care seemed like a distant dream.

But with my second child, I made a choice. I implemented healthy sleep habits from day one, and by two months, my son was sleeping 7-8 hours straight. And guess what? He's still a fantastic sleeper at almost 4 years old.

This revelation ignited a mission within me. No longer should mothers be portrayed as tired zombies. We can have 6-7 hours of sleep, dress stylishly, take care of ourselves, and enjoy outings with our little ones while maintaining their nap schedule.

That's why I founded Nested to Rested Sleep Consulting. Our goal is to serve families with empathy and support, helping them move from surviving to thriving in parenthood. From that positive pregnancy test to potty training, we're here for you.
